LOGIN/CONNECT TO SERVSUITE

You must LOG IN to reach the ServSuite Home Screen.

1. Enter your system URL (live.theservicepro.net) in the address bar at the top of your screen in your Internet Browser. (Internet Explorer 8/9, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Safari.)
2. Enter your user Login ID (email address or Alias)
3. Enter your password,
4. Click LOGIN.

Your access rights and preferences depend on your Login ID and User Role as set up by your Administrator.

NB - If you add ServSuite as a bookmark in your browser, please be sure to add live.theservicepro.net (as above), do not bookmark the page that appears after you have logged in (eg. web1.theservicepro.net/etc...) as this may cause you problems later if we have to perform maintenance on a server, for example.
